| 摘 要： | 通常是用物价指数这个单一的因素来对通货膨胀或者通货紧缩是否发生以及其严重程度作出判断。但是,理论界对此向来是有争议的。借鉴物理学中克拉珀龙方程的思想,综合“三因素说”,可以结合居民消费价格年增长率、广义货币供应量年增长率、年经济增长率三个因素构建较反映宏观经济运行情况的通货膨胀 -通货紧缩系数。用该系数分析 1993~2002年中国经济的实际数据发现,当通货膨胀 -通货紧缩系数小于等于 0. 2,大于等于-0. 02时,国民经济运行正常。

| Abstract: | Generally, the criterion for inflation or deflation and their degree is price index. But, there is a debate over the singularity of it theoretically. In this paper, a new criterion that involves multiple fators and that is accepted by majority is proposed to replace the price index. It is the inflation-deflation coefficient. The proposal of this coefficient derives from the enlightenment of Clapeyron equation in physics. Eventually, the rationality of the inflation-deflation coefficient is validated by some supporting facts. |
