《大学语文》教师素质研究

随着《大学语文》课程在全国各高校的普遍开设,其文理渗透、文化与科技交融的特点渐为人们所重视。但由于大部分院校都缺乏一支专业的教师队伍,任课教师各自为政,使得这门课程的教学质量参差不齐,严重影响学生的学习兴趣,难以达到开设本课程的最终目的。针对这种情况,本文从《大学语文》教师的必备素质作一粗浅研究,认为教师素质的提高是这门课程成功的关键所在。

On the Quality of the Teachers Teaching College Chinese

With the general offering in colleges and universities all over the country,the course of College Chinese is gradually considered important for the feature that it contains and combines liberal and sci- ence,culture and technology.But because there is no professional teacher stuff and each teacher does things in his own way,the teaching quality is uneven,students' interests in learning it are greatly influ- enced,and finally the goal of offering it becomes hard to achieve.In view of this situation,this article studies the necessary qualities of a teacher teaching College Chinese and proposes that the key to the suc- cess of this course is the improvement of the teachers' quality.
