| Abstract: | This thesis establishes a model frame of cooperation mechanism and principal theory applied in supply chain corporation, and there is a detailed elaboration on cooperation game, strategic cooperation theory and principalagent model, and then the Support theory are set forth, including theory of negotiation, performance evaluation, model of contract, theory of risk, motivation mechanism, and so on. At last, the structure of SC-ElMS is established to support all the operation. The thesis is a guidance for the cooperation practice. |
