| 摘 要： | 在知识经济的新时期,档案工作者应具备合格的思想政治素质、优良的职业道德素质和扎实的专业知识素质。同时提出档案工作者应该主要从增强服务意识、增强学习意识、增强法制观念等方面来全面提高自身综合素质,以适应档案工作的新特点。
