| 摘 要： | 从全球角度出发,指出贸易法律争端的必然性、同世界经济景况的密切联系以及全球贸易争端高发的现实情况,从美方角度指出国内政治、经济压力转嫁,遏制中国的战略需要等原因,并从中方角度分析出口商品结构较低,出口市场分布过于集中,国内企业缺乏自律,出口秩序混乱以及应对贸易争端的策略还有待提高等问题。

| Abstract: | This essay analyses the political and economic elements,such as the inevitability of trade legal disputes,close relationship with global economic circumstances,frequency of trade disputes worldwide from the global prospective;marrying again the political and economic pressure inside and tactics of keeping China within limits from American prospective;export commodity structure,distributing of export markets,self-controlling of inner companies,exporting order and tactics dealing with trade disputes from Chinese prospective and so on. |
