中国文化市场经营机构效率研究

采用三阶段DEA（Data Envelopment Analysis）模型对2011年中国31个省、区、市文化市场经营机构进行效率评估分析，结果表明:文化消费需求的增加有利于文化市场经营机构效率的提高；文化市场经营机构数量的增加不利于效率的提高；教育水平的提高有利于所需劳动力的减少，不利于投入资本的减少。在不考虑环境因素和随机因素影响的情况下，文化市场经营机构的总体综合技术效率水平较低，大部分省、区、市的文化市场经营机构效率处于“低技术效率、高规模效率型”，经营管理水平不高是影响多数省、区、市文化市场经营机构效率提升的重要因素。各地文化市场经营机构效率存在较大差异，东部地区效率最高，中部地区效率居中，西部地区效率最低。

Research on Efficiency of Cultural Market Operating Organizations of China

The paper estimate the efficiency of cultural market operating organizations by three-stage DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis）model in 31 provinces of China in 2011. The results show that: the increase of cultural consumption demand is beneficial to the improvement of the efficiency of cultural market operating organizations, the increase number of organizations is not conducive to its efficiency, the improvement of education level is beneficial to reduce the labor required, but does not favor of the invested capital. Without considering the influence of environmental factors and statistical factors, the comprehensive technical efficiency level of cultural market operating organizations is low. The efficiencies of most provinces are in the "low-tech efficiency & high-scale efficiency type". Decision making and management level not high is the main restricting factor of the efficiency of operation organizations in most provinces. There are obvious differences between regions in efficiency of cultural market operating organization, the eastern region has the highest efficiency, the central region has the centre efficiency and the western region has the least efficiency.
