西部资源依赖型企业可持续发展的思考

资源依赖型企业过度依赖于对自然资源的采掘和加工的盈利模式,易于导致资源的无序开发和低水平利用,从而对周边的自然环境、生态环境造成负面影响;同时,竞争趋同导致的低效益又制约了企业的投资和研发能力,从根本上制约着资源依赖型企业可持续发展能力的提升。从可持续发展理念出发,通过构建“多元利益相关者”构成的治理结构,在廓清产权关系的基础上形成有效的激励约束机制,实现资源依赖型企业经济增长与生态和谐的“双赢”目标。最后,提出构建西部资源依赖型企业可持续发展的治理指标体系。

Research on Sustainable Development of Enterprises Based on Natural Resources in Western China

The enterprises based on natural resources in western China might easily damage environment and living-conditions around them. The profit-making model which simply depends on excavating and processing natural recourses can encourage disordered competition. The disordered competition also lowers the ability of profitmaking in these industries and makes it difficult for enterprisers to invest in R＆D. Proceeding from sustainable view,this paper devotes to form a muhi-factor corporate governance and to develop an effective mechanism to achieve ＂win- win＂ goal among its participators. In the end, the paper puts forward a set of index to evaluate sustained corporate governance.
