Only with a clear objective in mind can we reduce mistakes in decision making, lower the costs of exploration, speed up the development, improve the economic quality, and achieve scientific development. In the era of globalization, it is essential to construct the Height of Three Economic Development, so as to take the vantage point, to control the discourse power, and take the initiative. |
