| 摘 要： | 在我国当前的经济建设过程中,县域经济已经成为促进国民经济均衡发展的重要因素。现阶段,我国东北地区县域经济发展仍旧是粗放型经济增长方式,主要依靠增加资金、人力、物力等生产要素的投入量来提高产量或产值的经济增长,与国家提出的发展集约型经济,实现经济可持续性发展的总体目标相背离,存在地方政府引导失误。笔者剖析了东北地区县域经济的粗放型增长模式的成因,并从地方政府治理角度提出了解决问题的部分对策与措施。
