| 摘 要： | 近年来,航班延误所引发的维权问题已经成为法学界关注的热点问题.事实上,对航班延误处置不力引发的民航部门与旅客之间的维权冲突,往往会相应增加维稳的社会成本,影响民航部门的信誉,危及民航安全.航班延误情况下的维权研究,既包括旅客的维权,也包括民航部门的维权,只有建立在法律层面上的维权才是合理合法合情的行为.

| Abstract: | In recent years, right protection related to flight delay has become a hot issue in the law field. The disputes between civil aviation administration and passengers resulting from poor handling would increase the cost of maintaining stability. They would also undermine the credibility of civil aviation administration and endanger the security of civil aviation. This research involves protection of rights of both passengers and civil aviation administration. Right protection that accords with laws is legal and rational action. |
