Goal Definitionand Activity Organization in Mass Line Campaign

This paper discusses the problems of formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism and extravagance in colleges and universities in terms of study style, effective administration, service consciousness and party spirit, providing a reference for the raising of awareness and the deep understanding of mass line campaign in colleges and universities.
