| 摘 要： | 以新增长理论为依据,利用相关统计数据对南京市1978-2000年人才资本投入与经济增长的关系进行分析,结果表明:人才资本是南京市经济增长的重要推动力;人才资本对经济增长的贡献份额大于固定资产投资的贡献份额;同时,南京市人才资本的规模收益仍然是递增的。

| Abstract: | In light of the model of the New Economy of Growth, we analyze the relationship between investment of talent capital and economy growth from 1978 to 2000 in Najing City, in order to make it clear that the position and role of talent capital in the factors of economy growth and give some information of making strategies and policies of development of society and economy. |
