| 摘 要： | 邓小平领导的百色起义与右江苏维埃政府,对土地资源配置进行了根本的变革,对创新性农业政策法规的制定与新型"农业共耕社"生产组织的培植,对农村文化教育制度性建设的重视与提高农业人口素质的贡献,划时代的促成了右江领域农业经济早期现代化有组织的启动或前期准备。

| Abstract: | The Baise Uprising and the Youjiang Soviet Government,led by DENG Xiao-ping,facilitated the enablement or preparation of modernization of the agricultural economy at an early-stage in the Youjiang Valley as a result of the following efforts： 1.carrying on the radical transformation to the distribution of the land resources;2.formulating innovative agricultural policies and regulations with the development of the new production organization ＂Agricultural joint-cultivation group＂;3.valuing the institutional construction of rural culture and education with the contribution to improving the quality of the agricultural population. |
