| 摘 要： | 为实现西部地区城市(镇)化的协调发展,就必需改革户籍制度和人口政策,促进人口的合理流动;在经济分配政策上应向西部倾斜,缩小个人收入分配差距;要从资源禀赋出发,充分发挥资源的比较优势,而不能简单地从三次产业的划分出发来制定产业规划;必需切断农村户口和土地的一一对应关系,并切实解决农民的社会保障问题。

| Abstract: | To realize the coodinated development of the urbanization in the western regions of China,we should reform household policy and the population policy,so as to promote the rational movement of population resources, to be favorable to the western area in the economic policy.We should reduce the gap of the individnel income distribution,and bring into play the resources preponderance.The formulation property should be made in a program through the resources situation. |
