| 摘 要： | "九五”经济具有明显的负债特征,而且要对"十五”时期经济的发展产生比较大的滞后影响.从理论和实践两个方面都说明,积极的财政政策会产生收入分配效应,并衍生出投资需求结构效应和消费需求结构效应.这些对"十五”计划的执行有较大影响和作用,我们应该予以足够的重视且需要进行认真的分析和研究.

| Abstract: | The ninth "five yeas' economic plan" has self-evident character of liabilities, and it will have greatly lagging effect on the tenth "five years' economic plan". It's proved both in theory and practice that active policy leads to the effect of income distribution, and the policy derivates investment demand structure effect or consumption demand structure effect. The above-mentioned have sound influence and effect on carrying out the tenth "five years' economic plan". So, we should take and analyze or research it seriously. |
