| 摘 要： | 作为全国第一人口大省,研究和制定河南未来人口发展的战略目标和措施,不仅对于实现中原崛起、建设和谐河南、实现全面建设小康社会目标具有重大的战略意义,而且对于促进全国的人口与经济、社会、资源、环境的协调发展和可持续发展也具有深远的历史意义。河南省人口发展不仅面临着重要的战略机遇,同时也面临着重大的战略选择。

| Abstract: | As the largest populated province in China,to study and formulate the strategic target and measures for(population) development is of the great importance not only for the accomplishment of the "Rise of Zhongyuan",the "Construction of Harmonic Henan",the "well-off society for overall citizens",but also for coordinated and sustainable development between the population,economy,society,natural sources and environment of the whole country.The development of Henan population is facing both the favorable circumstances and the key strategic choices. |
