浅谈社会科学理论创新的推进与驾御

进行社科理论创新,有两个方面的问题必须引起足够的重视:一方面是过分的政治敏感将从思想上束缚创新的正常开展,另一方面是这种创新具有风险性,将会导致一定范围或时期内的思想混乱、舆论失控和当事人付出不必要的政治代价。不妥善处理上述问题,社科理论创新就会偏离预期目标,就会走调变味。因此,必须更新思想观念以推进创新,转变管理方式以引导创新,改善研究环境以驾御创新。

There are two questions must cause enough attention while carrying on the innovation in social sciences theory.On the one hand,the excessive political sensitivity will fetter the normal development for the innovation.In addition,this kind of innovation has the risk in certain period will cause the ideologically confusion,the public opinion is out of control,the party has to pay the unnecessary political cost.Not dealing with above-mentioned problems carefully,the social sciences will deviate from the re-set target when being innovated.For this reason,we must renew the concept so as to advance innovation,change the management way to guide innovation,and improve the studying environment in order to control innovation.
