1949—2009中国共产党对制度建设的理论探索

从建国之初至十一届三中全会以前,中国共产党对制度建设进行了初步和有益的探索,但由于没能形成经常化和制度化,致使这几十年的探索历经曲折。以邓小平为核心的中央领导集体高度重视制度建设和制度改革,并从肃清封建遗毒出发对制度建设进行了许多开创性的工作。江泽民在继承邓小平制度改革的精神上进行制度创新,胡锦涛则在吸纳继承的基础上提出建立以党章为核心的党内制度体系。从零散到系统,从雏形到定型,从初步到成熟,60年来,中国共产党的制度建设经历了一条艰难曲折却日渐理性科学的发展之路,并且在这个过程中取得了丰硕的成果,积累了丰富的经验。

1949 -2009 CPC＇s Theoretical Exploration of the System Construction

From the founding time of the P. R. C to the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, CPC explored the system construction, but failed to form a regular and institutionalized mechanism, leading to a few of twists and turns. Deng Xiaoping as the core of the central collective leadership attached great importance to system construction and carried out much of the pioneering work. Jiang Zemin inherited the spirit of Deng Xiaoping and started to innovate, Hu Jintao ~ based on the establishment of the Party Constitution as the core of the party institutional system. 60 years, the system construction of CPC has undergone a rational and arduous road of development and in the process CPC has achieved fruitful results, and accumulated experience.
