| 摘 要： | 本文关注后奥运时期北京市房地产的发展趋势,在分析其发展现状的基础上,对奥运会给予北京市房地产的影响进行探讨。通过奥运会及会后的影响和北京市房地产发展的特点,说明北京市房地产的发展主要是经济高速发展的结果,不仅仅是由于奥运会因素而出现的短期快速膨胀,因此奥运会后不会出现大幅下跌的状况。
