| 摘 要： | 在我国，特定的企业产权制度和组织结构，使企业行为对国有商业银行资产运作效率有着重要的影响。由于企业行为不规范造成国有商业银行以信货资金滞化为特征的资产运作效率低下。企业依赖银行的程度是由企业的资产负债结构决定的。企业维持正常经营所需的资金绝大部分依靠银行贷款来解决，一旦企业经营出风险，必然影响银行资金的正常运作。解决这一问题需要企业体制改革与金融体制改革配套进行。

| Abstract: | In China, the certain property right and organizition structure make that the enterprises managements have an important influence on the operating efficiency of State owned Commercial Banks Assets.The distorted behaviour of enterpises is an element factor to result in inefficient operating of State owned Commercial Banks Assets.The structure of enterprise's sheet of assets and debts decides that the enterprise relies on the bank, the most funds needed by enterprise comes from bank, if enterprise takes risk in its management, the bank's assets will be influenced.This problem can only be resolved by the further reform of both enterprises and banks. |
