| Abstract: | From the standpoint of system theory,the quality structure of teachers adapting to creative education can be formed:system of creative ideas,system of multiple- factored knowledge,system of creative ability,and system of creative personal characteristics,which interaction of four sub- systems,promoting the whole quality of teachers to develop continuously. |
