| 摘 要： | 遵循党的十六大精神 ,揭示精神文明建设与可持续发展辩证互动关系 :精神文明是可持续发展的灵魂 ,可持续发展代表一种崭新的精神文明观 ,丰富精神文明建设内涵。在此基础上 ,论述人的全面发展与社会可持续发展、精神文明建设与社会可持续发展、现代化与精神文明建设、先进文化与现代化及其以德治国等重大关系。对于完善市场经济新秩序 ,提升可持续发展理论和培育文化力具有现实意义。

| Abstract: | According to the spirit of "the 16th congress" of the Party, the relationship between the spiritual civilization construction and the sustainable development is dialectical and co-motivating: the spiritual civilization construction is the soul of the sustainable development, while the sustainable development represents a new view of the spiritual civilization, enriching the contents of the spiritual civilization construction. On the basis of these, discussions on the full development of individuals and the sustainable development of the society, the spiritual civilization construction and the sustainable development of the society, modernization and the spiritual civilization construction, advanced culture and modernization are essential in enhancing the theories of the sustainable development and cultivating the power of civilization. |
