英汉文化差异对翻译的影响

翻译作为语际转换活动,它所进行的不仅仅是不同语言间的转换过程,而且还是文化移植过程。文化在翻译活动中起着重要的作用。本文从思维方式、社会政治制度、民族心理这三个方面讨论了汉英文化差异对翻译的影响,以及在翻译过程中如何正确处理文化差异对翻译的影响。

Preliminary Discussion of Cultural Difference in Translation

From the point of view of different ways of thinking, social and political systems as well as the national psychology, this paper discusses the effect of cultural difference on translation and the proper ways of dealing with the problem.
