全面建设小康社会与女子高校培养目标定位

全面小康社会对教育发展的要求是全面的,社会对人才的需求是多方面的,女子高校如何在全面建设小康社会和高等教育格局中充当重要的角色并找到合适的发展位置,关键在于培养的学生能否成为社会主义现代化建设的专门人才,是否对我国经济发展和社会进步起到重要的促进作用。正因为小康社会对女性人才的需求,决定了女子高校培养目标的定位,因此,女子高校应从培养女性人才目标的定位,来构建女子高校专业目标培养体系;从实现培养女性人才目标出发,构建女子高校专业课程结构体系。
