在对"三沿两特"(即沿海、沿江、沿边地区、经济特区、特大中心城市)地区高新技术产业发展进行研究的基础上,我们可以从政策、人力、技术创新、投融资、管理、应用技术传播以及支撑服务等方面,分析、归纳和总结出这些地区在发展高新技术产业方面的有益经验,对国家正在重点开发西部高新技术及产业化发展,具有一定的参考价值.

Initial Experience of Developing New and Hi - tech Trad in Coastal andBorder Areas, Areas Along River- Baks,Economic Zones and Exceptionally Big Key Cities

Based on Studying the developing of new and hi-tech trade in coastal and border areas,areas along river banks,economic zones and exceptionally big key cities,the author of this paper analyzes and concludes some beneficial experience of developing new and hi-tech trade in the above areas from such respects as policy,human resource,technical innovation,investment,management,the spread of applicable technology and supporting services,which is of some referential value to the exploitation of west region.
