| Abstract: | This paper introduced the model "Human Capital Depreciation-Added-invest" conducted by Jacob Mincer and analyzed the added-investment principle.It pointed out the value of continued education in our country and its contribution to added-investment on human capital. Finally, this paper explored the system to ensure the continued education. |
