民间传统的复兴与非正式制度安排

民间传统在市场化过程中起着相当重要的作用,作为一种经济学意义上的非正式制度安排,民间传统具有制度的属性与功能。过去的文献大都从社会学、文化人类学、政治学等意义上理解传统,不能有效地解释民间传统与市场经济之间的内在联系。在制度经济学意义上,民间传统的制度约束功能体现在三个方面：（1）民间传统在地方企业形成中扮演重要角色;（2）民间传统的仪式与象征崇拜利于市场竞争精神的培养;（3）民间传统促进了地方公共产品的生产和发展。

On Restoration to Folk Tradition and Informal Institutional Arrangement

Folk tradition plays an important role in the process of market transformation. As a sort of informal institutional arrangement in economics, it performs some institutional attributes and functions. Folk Tradition used to be viewed mostly in the sense of sociology, cultural anthropology and politics. The internal relation between folk tradition and market - directed economy cannot be effectively interpreted. In institutional economics, folk tradition takes on the functions of institutional restraints in three fields： （1） Folk tradition plays a big role in the formation of local corporation. （2） Folk traditional ceremony and symbolic worship set a stage for the cultivation of competitive market spirit. （3） Folk tradition accel- erates the production and development of local public manufacture.
