环境保护对国际贸易的影响及其对策探讨

目前贸易自由化和经济全球化的趋势越来越明显 ;同时 ,环境保护正在走向制度化和法律化 ,并渗透在国际贸易的规则和国家对外贸易的政策、法规之中。于是在自由贸易与环境保护之间 ,冲突日渐增多。在冲突中寻求协调统一是发展国际贸易亟待解决的问题。本文从环境保护对国际贸易的影响展开论述 ,试图通过两者共有的价值追求 ,探寻解决冲突的路径。

The Influence of the Environment Protection on the International Trade and the Countermeasures

At present the trend of trade liberalization and ecological globalization is becoming increasingly clear. Meanwhile, the systematized and legalized environment protection is under way. This can be seen in the international trade rules and Chinese overseas trade policies and rules. As a result, more and more conflicts arise between liberal trade and environment protection. In international trade it is urgent to seek harmony and unity in the process of conflicts. The paper discusses the influence of the environment protection on the international trade so as to try to seek the ways to deal with the conflicts on the basis of the pursuit of their mutual values.
