现代科技的风险类型及其博弈研究

现代社会充满了未知和风险。科学技术从过去到当今在各种风险规避、防范和治理中都显示出巨大的力量和作用。然而,随着全球风险社会趋势的日益明显,现代科技在其产生和应用的过程中,自身也遭遇到多重风险,陷入了发展的困境,权威的合法性基础开始动摇。科技所带来的＂副作用＂和科技应用的多重风险问题开始成为社会普遍关注的焦点。本文运用博弈论研究现代科技的各种风险,归类并分析了现代科技自身的各种技术风险、经济风险和伦理风险,研究了这些风险背后的相关博弈,如知识博弈、利益博弈和道德博弈,等等,并呼吁建立相关的科技风险治理机制和科技责任的全面落实。

Risk types of modern science and technology seen from the perspective of game theory

Modern society is filled with unknowns and risks,and science and technology have been playing a huge role in risk prevention and risk management.However,with global risk growing,modern science and technology themselves are facing multiple risks in its development and application,which has shattered the legitimacy of their authority and lead them into a dilemma.The ＂side effects＂ of science and technology and the multiple risks in the application of science and technology have become the focus of widespread concern.This article investigates the multiple risks of modern science and technology from the perspective of game theory.It classifies the risks into technological,economic,and ethical types,and studies the games behind these risks such as knowledge game,interest game,morality game,etc.It calls for the establishment of the mechanism for managing science and technology risks and the shouldering of science and technology responsibilities.
