中国企业直面倾销与反倾销

近年来 ,我国出口产品被提起反倾销指控和国外产品向我国低价倾销的事件屡见报端。我国企业的出口产品容易被提起反倾销 ,在应诉中难以打赢反倾销官司 ,而对国外倾销商品打击不力 ,从而造成国内企业经济和信誉受损 ,国际市场份额减少 ,国内相关产业陷入困境等严重后果。本文阐述了造成上述问题的原因 ,并结合我国实际提出了相应的应对措施。

Chinese Companies Confront Dumping and Anti-dumping

It can be frequently seen these years on the newspaper that domestic companies were accused of dumping goods on foreign countries and the overseas commodities were dumped into the domestic market. It is widely accepted that the goods for exportation abroad are liable to be charged with dumping whi1e hard to be free from prosecution However,few effective measures have been taken to crack down the dumping of foreign products in China, which result in both the heavy losses of profits, reputation and international market share and the predicament of domestic companies concerned. In this paper the causes of the above mentioned phenomena are discussed and valuable counter measures are reasoned out.
