| 摘 要： | 以大连为代表城市,从影响商品房价格走势的税收因素、费用因素以及经济因素角度出发,对商品房价格走热进行理性预测,总结商品房消费市场特点,并逐一对影响商品房价格的经济因素进行分析,最后得出关于现阶段商品房消费市场的相关结论。

| Abstract: | Choosing Dalian for the representative city,the paper predicted the reasons for commercial housing prices taking heat in revenue,cost factors and economic factors,which affect the housing prices,summaried the characteristic of commodity apartment expense market,analyzed the economic effects on commodity apartment price one by one,finally obtained the related conclusion about commodity apartment price change and trend. |
