| 摘 要： | 通过对1995-2007年的北京市抽样调查数据的分析与论证,发现公民能够从宏观层面对政府的公共服务效果进行评价,而且其评价结果可靠,说明抽样调查是实现公民评价政府绩效操作化的一个重要工具.

| Abstract: | This study applies social survey research method to assess the reliability of the public's evaluation of government performance.Based on the analysis of the survey data from the Beijing Area Study,1995-2007, it reveals that the public is capable to evaluate the performance of public service on the macro level,and the results are reliable.It also shows that social survey research is an important means of carrying out the public's evaluation of government performance. |
