| 摘 要： | 本文是对近五十年来学术界关于韩非念伦理思想研究成果的综述。学者们对韩非伦理思想的认识存在很大分岐。在人性论上有人性恶、人性自私、人性自然三种观点,在道德观上有非道德主义、道德无用论、后天道德论三种看法,在德法关系上有以法代德、法主德辅、德治一致三种认识。另外,还介绍了学者们对韩非公私观、仁义观的研究观点。

| Abstract: | This article is a summary of the research results about Hanfeizi's ethics thoughts during the past 50 years.There are great disagreements in Scholars' research results.On humanity,there are three views: evil,selfish and natural human nature.There are also three views on ethics: immorality,useless and postnatal mor-ality.The scholars also introduced Hanfeizi's thoughts about virtue and law,public and private interests,virtue and morality,etc.. |
