| 摘 要： | 针对传统人才培养模式中存在的主要问题，提出构建高等学校复合型人才培养模式具体措施。通过采用研究型教学模式和推广学生自主管理模式，达到锻炼学生综合素质，提高本科生培养质量的目的。构建复合型人才培养模式应注意重构教育理念，确定配套考核方式和重视传统教学方式。
