| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育事业的迅速发展,银行贷款已成为现阶段学校基本建设的重要资金来源。银行贷款一方面为高校的发展提供了必要的资金支持,同时高校、银行又承受着很大的财务风险。本文结合我国高校的实际,对高校贷款的必要性、特殊性、存在的问题及风险进行了分析探讨,提出了有效防范高校贷款风险的措施。

| Abstract: | With the development of higher-education,loan from banks has been an important financial source for the basic construction of schools at present.Bank loan provides financial support for the develop-ment of the universities.On the other side,it leads to great financial risks to the universities and banks.In this paper,the necessity,particularity,problems and risks of university s borrowing money from bank are analyzed based upon the current situation of higher-education school and the precautions to prevent risks from university borrowing money are proposed. |
