| Abstract: | In order to further implement the scientific concept ol development and promote Tianjin in good, fast economic development, we must co-ordinate from three levels： Binhai District as the leading area, the Center City District as overall improvement and all the districts and counties of jointed, coordinated and high-speed development. We should try great efforts to achieve scientific development and harmonious development and leading development of Tianjin. |
