| 摘 要： | 在能源危机与粮食危机的双重背景下，燃料乙醇原料向非粮食作物多元化方向发展，既能缓解我国能源供应紧张的局面，又能促进农业和农村发展，实现农民增收。以新疆维吾尔族自治区为例，从新疆开发甜高粱液体燃料的资源优势，发展甜高粱液体燃料的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益等三个角度出发，对新疆发展甜高液体燃料的可行性进行了分析，最后针对新疆发展甜高粱液体燃料提出了相关的建议。
