冷战后东北亚安全局势演变及应对策略

东北亚地区自古以来就是大国利益纵横交织,形势纷繁复杂,热点问题频发的一个区域.冷战结束以后,东北亚地区战略位置凸显,合作机制缺乏.作为东北亚地区的主要大国,中国国家核心利益与东北亚地区局势密切相关.冷战后东北亚地区由于受历史原因、战争遗留问题和领土争端、大国关系交织博弈等因素的影响,安全局势错综复杂,充满变数.目前,解决朝核危机是当前东北亚安全问题的关键所在,因此构建多边安全合作机制是解决东北亚安全问题的努力方向,而中国应在东北亚区域安全中发挥重要作用,树立中国负责任大国的国际形象,重塑区域国际关系,进而促进东北亚地区安全局势朝着更加和平稳定的方向发展.

Analysis on Evolution and Countermeasures of Security Situation in Northeast Asia after the Cold War

The Northeast Asia is a special region which is full of intertwined powers' interests,complex situation and frequent hot issues since ancient times.After the cold war it becomes the strategic position,but it lacks cooperation mechanism.As major powers in Northeast Asia China's core national interests are closely related to Northeast Asian situation.Due to historical reasons,legacies of war and territorial disputes,powers' interactive relations etc.,the security situation of Northeast Asia is very complicated and full of variables after the cold war.At present,solving the North Korean nuclear crisis is the key point of the security problem in Northeast Asia.So construction multilateral security cooperation mechanism is the way to solve security problems.And China should play an important role in Northeast Asia regional security,establish its responsible international image,and try to reshape regional international relations,and promote regional security situation towards a more peaceful and stable development direction.
