论犯罪欲抑制及其心理预防

在犯罪的原因系统中,犯罪人的主观因素是犯罪个体原因之一,而犯罪欲则是一切故意犯罪产生犯罪动机和犯罪目的的前提。抑制犯罪欲是犯罪心理预防的根本,要抑制犯罪欲,必须通过教育提高全民文化素质,从根本上提高人们控制、纠正自身犯罪欲望的意识和能力。对于无法有效控制自身犯罪欲望的人,应加强条件预防,从外因上预防犯罪。针对已经违法犯罪的特殊群体,加强有效的特殊预防,减少其对社会反复进行危害的可能性。在大力构建平安、和谐社会的今天,不仅要在理论上探讨罪因,更为紧迫和重要的是把犯罪学和犯罪心理学的研究成果尽快运用于实践中,采取各种直接或间接的预防措施,以减少犯罪的发生。

Study on Restraint and Psychological Prevention from Criminal Desire

In the system of criminal reasons,the individual subjective factor of the criminal is one of the criminal reasons.But the criminal desire is the precondition of criminal motivation and purpose.Restraint from criminal desire,which is the root of criminal psychological prevention,should improve cultural stuff of the citizens and their consciousness and capacity to control and correct criminal desire thoroughly.To those who can not control criminal desire effectively,we should strengthen conditional prevention to prevent crimes from outer factors.To those who have committed crimes,we should strengthen special prevention to reduce the possibility that they repeatedly do harm to the society.Nowadays when we are building a safe and harmonious society,we should not only discuss criminal reasons in theory,but what is most hot and important is to put the research production of criminology and criminal psychology into practice and to take all kinds of direct and indirect preventive measures to reduce crimes.
