河南省农村义务教育阶段教师队伍现状分析

近年来河南省农村义务教育阶段教师队伍建设取得了重要进展，但是，农村师资力量总体薄弱的状况仍未得到根本改变：教师资源配置不均衡，结构性矛盾比较突出；城乡教师资源配置差异较大；农村中小学外语、信息技术、音乐、体育、美术教师普遍短缺。随着农村经济社会发展和农村义务教育经费保障机制的逐步建立，进一步加强农村师资力量成为发展农村教育的当务之急。为此，必须采取有效措施，不断推进制度创新，探索建立提高农村教师队伍整体水平的新机制、新办法，解决农村教师队伍建设面-临的突出问题，逐步缩小城乡教师队伍差距。
