个人知识组织化的约束因素及动态模型

摘    要:随着全球范围知识经济的兴起,知识管理成为核心的问题。员工的素质和能力是企业知识资本的重要组成部分,其个人知识向组织的转化过程,也是知识向资本的转化过程,本文研究了个人的知识组织化约束因素,进一步提出了个人知识组织化动态模型。

Abstract:With the development of knowledge economy around the world, knowledge management becomes a core problem. The quality and ability of the staff is an important part of knowledge capital of companies. The transformation of personal knowledge to the organization is that of knowledge to capital. A study is made of the restrictive elements of the organization of individual knowledge. The dynamic model of the organization of individual knowledge is also proposed in the paper.
