摘    要:自我意识、自我教育是一个思想品德形成的内在根据 ,但是人们的自我认识和自我教育能力有限 ,需要通过系统的指导和帮助。特别是对学生群体 ,通过教育和自我实践锻炼 ,使自我调节和自我认识能力不断提高 ,从而尺可能减少自我意识的局限性、矛盾性和自我控制的不彻底性引起的自我矛盾冲突 ,或者使这些矛盾冲突朝着积极的、正确的方向转化

Abstract:Self-consciousness and self-education are internal factors in the forming of ideological morality.But the abilities of people's self-consciousness and self-education are limited,so they should be systematiclg guided and helped,Especially for the young crowd of undergraduates improve their abilities of self-regulation and self-consciousness and reduce the conflict in self-contradiction caused by their limitation contradiction and through lessening of self-control as much as possible to transform these contradictions into a correct and positive aspects.
