| 摘 要： | 2002年2月，联合国制定了一项旨在解决始于1975年的西撒哈拉问题的新方案，如还不能达成任何解决办法的情况下，联合国将从撒哈拉地区撤走蓝盔部队。一旦如此，该地区在实现停火10年之后将有可能重燃战火。

| Abstract: | In February of 2002,the U.N worked out a new scheme to solve problem of West-Sahara.If there's no way to settle the problem ,the U.N will withdraw its blue-hat troops.In case it happens,this area maybe face new war after the cease fire for 10 years. |
