我国民营科技企业的技术创新战略选择研究

通过对数十家成功地依靠技术创新实现跨越式发展的民营科技企业的实地调研可以看出,我国民营科技企业技术创新战略的特点是,充分利用国内外创新资源,以企业为主体进行产学研合作。实践证明这是目前相当一部分民营科技企业采用的有效战略。在目前情况下,很多民营科技企业采用的比较有效的技术创新战略,既不是单纯的自主创新,也不是单纯的合作创新,而是在充分利用初步形成的自主创新能力的基础上,以填补国内空白或缩短与国内外先进技术水平的差距为目标,通过产学研合作,走以模仿创新为主的技术创新之路。或者说,相当一部分民营科技企业采用的是自主创新、模仿创新与合作创新相结合的技术创新战略。加强企业自主创新能力,建设和加强产学研合并过程的管理是民营科技企业技术创新过程中应注意的关键问题。

A research on the ction of the technology innovation strategies in private technology-based companies in China

Based on our research of dozens of private technology-based companies which have made great development by means of technology innovation,the paper concludes that the effective innovation strategies adopted by Chinas' private sci-tech enterprises are characterized by taking full advantage of domestic and international innovation resources,and the combination of production,education and research with companies as the principal part.These companies do not design their technological innovation sheerly on their own,or purely through cooperation,instead,on the basis of their independent innovation aptitude,with the goal of filling in or narrowing the gap between China and the developed countries in the field of science and technology,they model on the advanced technology by means of the combination of production,education and research.In another word,quite a number of the private sci-tech enterprises adopt the strategy of developing innovation through independent development,modeling on advanced technology and cooperation.The paper suggests that close attention should be paid to fostering the independent development aptitude and the combination of production,education and research.
