| 摘 要： | 中国先进文化科学内涵和时代意义的实现,离不开风起云涌的文化全球化浪潮。我们有必要以开放的视野宏观把握中国先进文化建设面临的文化对比形势和文化国际境遇,辩证分析文化全球化浪潮对我们当前新的文化生活、文化现象和文化问题产生的积极影响和负面效应,从而有的放矢地不断建设科学的文化政策、文化措施和文化体制,正确把握中国先进文化的前进方向。

| Abstract: | Realizing the scientific meaning and era sense ot Chinese advanced culture has a straight relation with the culture globalization. It is essential to openly master the contract conditions and international environment of Chinese advanced culture construction, to investigate the positive influences and negative effects of the culture globalization on our culture life, our culture phenomena and our culture problems. We should unceasingly perfect our culture policy, culture measure and culture system in order to master the progress situation of Chinese advanced culture. |
