| 摘 要： | 民营经济发展＂滞后＂已成为兰州市经济发展活力不足、经济增长持续性差、经济增长方式转变缓慢的根本原因。文章通过对兰州市民营经济发展主要指标的统计分析,寻求制约兰州市民营经济发展的关键因素,从而实现将其转化为有利因素的路径,为促进民营经济的发展提供决策参考。

| Abstract: | The "lag" of private economic development has become the root causes for the lack of vitality,poor sustainability,and slow transfer of mode of economic growth in Lanzhou City.Through statistical analysis of key indicators on the development of private economy in Lanzhou City,the paper attempts to seek out the key factors constraining the development of private economy in Lanzhou City.Then ways to convert them into favorable factors are proposed,providing reference for the policy-making concerning the better development of private economy. |
