领导型教师的内涵及其实践意义

摘    要:领导型教师的概念最早出自欧美等国,主要是指那些能积极影响同事,促进他人提高教育质量的优秀教师。其实践意义在于能有效地促进学校教师专业团队的建设,有助于学校管理效能的提升,有助于教师主体发展和学生的健康成长。

Abstract:The "leadership-type teacher" was advocated in the western countries.It means those excellent teachers who can actively affect their colleagues,bringing about improvement in the quality of education.It leads to great practical significance that they can effectively promote the teacher team-building and management efficiency of school system,and help develop teachers and students.
