| 摘 要： | 日本是全球第二、亚洲第一的证券市场，其八家证券交易所及其主板、中小板、创业板、店头市场所构成的多层次资本市场体系建设对我国多层次资本市场有很重要的借鉴意义。研究其成功经验及其中日资本合作的发展前景，联系我国新兴资本市场和厦门经济特区的实际，提出发展我国多层次资本市场的对策。

| Abstract: | Japan is the world＇ s No. 2 and Asia＇ s No. 1stock market. Its eight stock exchange bourses as well as the multi - level capital market system consisting of main board, small and medium board, initiation board and storefront market have a significant bearing of learning on building China＇ s multi - level capital market. It is of real significance to research its successful experience as well as the prospects of developing capital cooperation between Japan and China. The paper proposes measures to develop China＇ s multi - level capital market in association with China＇ s rising capital market and the reality of Xiamen Special Economic Zone. |
