| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国进入 WTO组织后的形势需要 ,从与国际接轨的要求 ,高校是知识产权产生的重要基地和占领国内外市场制高点的需求三个方面 ,论述了加强高校知识产权保护的必要性 ,保护的方式及存在问题 ,并对高校拥有的知识产权管理方式做了进一步探讨

| Abstract: | Colleges and universities are the major source of intellectual rights. Against the present condition of entering into WTO, the demand of connecting with the international market, and the requirement of occupying the market home and abroad, this paper illustrates the necessity of protecting intellectual rights, the means of protection and the existing problems. Moreover, it discusses the ways of management on it in colleges and universities. |
