| 摘 要： | 在提出＂中国粮食文化观＂概念的基础上,重点阐述了＂为耕者谋其利,为食者造其福＂的中国粮食行政文化观。认为粮食行政文化观的理论基础是＂农为政本＂;粮食行政文化观的实践途径是粮食制度;粮食行政文化观的传承渊源是民本思想。

| Abstract: | Based on the concept of the Chinese grain cultural values, the paper focuses on the idea of ＂bring the cultivators profit and the eater good fortune＂, a concept of the Chinese administrative culture of grain. The author believes that the basic theoretical foundation of the grain administrative cultural values lies in the idea that ＂agriculture is the foundation of the ruling＂ ; a practical approach to the grain administrative cultural values is grain system and that the heritage of the grain administrative cultural values originates from people-oriented thinking. |
